We’re Temme Cloud & Tech: a small Berlin-based team building real products for real customers. We’re looking for temporary reinforcement. You’ll learn by doing real work: applying what you study to software development, DevOps, and security. Mentored directly by the founder, with short feedback loops and honest communication.

1–2 days per week you’ll be at our office, additional days remote by arrangement.

What You’ll Learn, and How

You learn by contributing, not by watching. The tasks connect directly to your studies, but you’ll apply your knowledge in a real working environment.

Software Development

You’ll deepen what you know from lectures on a real codebase with real users. From feature development to bug fixes to code reviews.

DevOps & Security

CI/CD pipelines, Docker, infrastructure, secrets handling, and security awareness. You’ll learn how software is not just written, but also safely delivered and operated. A topic often underrepresented in university curricula.

AI-Assisted Development

We work with modern AI tools daily. You’ll learn how to use them productively and responsibly. A skill rarely taught at university.

Testing & Code Quality

Code reviews, automated tests, quality standards, from day one. Your code gets reviewed, and you review others’ code. This is how you learn professional workflows.

Business Insights

How does a small IT company make decisions? How do products come to life? How does a startup work? You’ll experience it firsthand.

Your Path Through the Internship

You start with a structured onboarding into tools, stack, and workflows. After that, you take on real tasks from our day-to-day, including ones a small team usually has to leave on the backlog. What exactly comes up depends on your level and our pipeline. Weekly check-ins and regular code reviews support you along the way, and you receive a formal certificate at the end.
