We’re Temme Cloud & Tech: a small Berlin-based team building real products for real customers. We’re looking for temporary reinforcement. You’ll learn how business development actually works in a tech startup. You’ll take on real tasks around lead research, sales enablement, and messaging. Mentored directly by the founder, with short feedback loops and honest communication.
1–2 days per week you’ll be at our office, additional days remote by arrangement.

What You’ll Learn, and How
You learn by contributing, not by watching. The tasks connect directly to your studies, but you’ll apply your knowledge in a real working environment, for a product with real customers.
Lead Research & Outbound
Build ICP lists, research companies and decision-makers, write outreach sequences, and maintain clean pipeline entries. You’ll learn how a sales pipeline is built from zero.
Sales Enablement
Create pitch decks, sales one-pagers, and case studies. You’ll co-build the materials that ultimately convince customers.
Positioning & Messaging
Target audience interviews, website copy input, sharpening core messages. You’ll experience how a technical product becomes a story customers can follow.
AI-Assisted Business Development
We work with modern AI tools daily for research, lead scoring, and outreach. You’ll learn how to use them productively and responsibly. A skill rarely taught at university.
Pipeline Reporting & Business Insights
Track the funnel, understand conversion rates, set up forecasts cleanly. How does a small IT company make strategic decisions? You’ll experience it firsthand.

Your Path Through the Internship
You start with a structured onboarding into the product, target markets, and tools. After that, you take on real tasks from our BizDev day-to-day, including ones a small team usually has to leave on the backlog. What exactly comes up depends on your level and our pipeline. Weekly check-ins support you along the way, and you receive a formal certificate at the end.
