AI-first – but responsibly

We work with AI tools daily (copilots, LLMs, automations, image/text tools, etc.) because they make us faster and better.

But: AI is a tool for us, not autopilot. We care about ethical and secure usage:

  • Privacy & confidentiality: no sensitive client data in public tools, clear boundaries, clean processes
  • Transparency: we know where AI helped and what was decided by humans
  • Quality & accountability: we check facts, sources, tone, and risks – no blind outputs
  • Fairness & respect: no discriminatory content, no manipulative patterns, no “growth at all costs” mentality

We’re looking for people who use AI routinely (prompting, iteration, toolchains) — while also bringing judgement, empathy, and integrity.

What the vibe is like (short & honest)

  • Direct & respectful, no ego shows

Copy & Brand Writing

  • Website copy, product texts, UX writing
  • Tone of voice, style guides, claims (with substance)
  • Case studies, sales deck copy, microcopy

Design & Product Experience

  • Brand/visual design, web design, UI/UX
  • Design systems, fast iteration, clean handoffs
  • Illustrations, assets, possibly motion

Tech (still relevant)

  • Backend (Go/Python), integrations, APIs
  • DevOps/Cloud/Platform, CI/CD, observability
  • Security & privacy by design

Anything else?

What we especially value

  • You work independently and get things across the finish line
  • You love clean communication (clear > politely vague)
  • You can use AI meaningfully: iterate fast, but with human judgement
