2. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your personal data for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process.
Legal basis: Section 26(1) BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act) in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR (decision on the establishment of an employment relationship) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
If you submit an unsolicited or initiative application, we process your data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
3. Data Processed
As part of your application, we process the personal data you submit to us by email to jobs@temme.cloud, in particular:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Resume and other application documents
- Cover letter or motivation letter
- Any other information you voluntarily provide
4. Recipients
Your application data is transmitted by email and processed in our email system. Only persons involved in the recruitment process at Temme Cloud & Tech GmbH have access to your documents.

5. International Data Transfers

6. Retention Period
Your application data will be retained for 6 months after the conclusion of the recruitment process if no employment relationship is established. This serves to fulfill obligations under the AGG (General Equal Treatment Act).
After this period, your data will be completely deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
In the case of an initiative application, we store your data with your consent for up to 12 months in order to contact you when a suitable vacancy arises.
