2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
We process your personal data for the purpose of conducting the application procedure.
Legal basis: Section 26 (1) BDSG in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR (decision on the establishment of an employment relationship) and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
If you send us an unsolicited application, we process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
3. Categories of Data Processed
- Name and contact details
- Application documents, in particular CV, cover letter, and certificates
- Details of your education, studies, and career
- Details of your availability and the terms of a possible employment
- Notes and assessments created while reviewing your application
- Correspondence with you
4. Source of the Data
We process the data you provide to us. If your application refers to publicly accessible profiles or work samples, we additionally process the generally accessible information found there, to the extent it is relevant to the advertised role (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, Section 26 (1) BDSG).
5. Recipients of the Data
Only those persons at Temme Cloud & Tech GmbH who are involved in the application procedure have access to your documents. Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with the service providers listed below.

6. Transfers to Third Countries

7. Automated Decision-Making
There is no automated decision-making in individual cases within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Your application is decided on by people.
8. Retention Period
Your application data is retained for 6 months after the application procedure concludes, provided no employment relationship is established. This serves to fulfil obligations under the AGG (German General Equal Treatment Act). At your request we delete your documents before that period expires.
The same period applies to unsolicited applications. We only retain them longer if you have explicitly consented.
If an employment relationship is established, your application documents are transferred to your personnel file. The retention periods for employee data then apply.
